All staff friendly and keen to help, kitchen staff especially good and kindly made us vegetarian pho on request. Spotlessly clean, towel changing a bit haphazard. Excellent location for walking to the sights, soundproofing good. Really generous-sized studio apartment on a higher floor with great views over the city, Good value.

The hotel was great value for money. The room was spacious, clean, the hotel well located (close to the tourist center, but without the hustle and bustle) and the breakfast had plenty of options (mainly oriental).

Room was clean. Hotel provided soap, disposable toothbrush, comb, etc in the bathroom. A slipper was provided to be worn in the room and toilet.

The room is very clean. The front desk is very kind. Free laundry facilities were also available which was very helpful.
